Cheerful Abundance

Valentine’s Day has been officially postponed, due to everyone here having the flu.Our sparrows are the saddest little birds you ever saw, all big wet eyes and limp little bodies, and sneezing so strong it knocks them off their feet at every ‘AAAAA-chooo!’ This weekend’s fun instead will be competing to see which one of us has the highest fever (so far, K, with G just half a degree behind!), who is the most pathetic, and who can sleep the least (B, who is sick, and also spends his nights rocking little sick sparrows so that they can sleep, instead).
